Sealan que ahora les piden copia de la credencial de elector de los vecinos por calle y colonia antes de surtirles, adems con sobre precio.
Aquello es ya una mafia, dicen, que explota a las comunidades ms necesitadas, donde se carece de todo.
Por eso tantas manifestaciones y cierres de avenida, que luego el gobierno municipal justifica con la cantaleta del famoso complot electorero o pretendiendo culpar al gobierno estatal por las irregularidades en el servicio.
Lo peor, hay quien asegura que este es un negocio que el propio alcalde, Fernando Vilchis, aprovecha, pues tambin vende pipas de agua, ser?
