Las Caravanas por la Justicia Cotidiana continúan su recorrido por los municipios del Estado de México, acercando trámites y servicios que permiten a los mexiquenses ejercer sus derechos en plenitud.
Desde el 9 de octubre pasado, estas Caravanas han beneficiado a más de 8 mil 600 personas, como Rafael Hernández Nolasco, quien por más de 60 años mantuvo su acta de nacimiento con un error en su segundo apellido, complicando trámites como obtener su credencial de elector o su licencia de conducir.
Rafael recuerda que intentó corregir su acta de nacimiento en varias ocasiones, pero debía trasladarse a otro municipio, lo que representaba tiempo y dinero.
Para cambiar esta situación se acercó a las Caravanas por la Justicia Cotidiana, donde fue asesorado y logró corregir su acta de nacimiento, en tan sólo 15 minutos.
Trámites y servicios
Durante su estancia en esta Caravana, conoció los 53 trámites y servicios que pueden realizar y fue asesorado por personal del Instituto de la Función Registral (IFREM) y del Colegio de Notarios, para legalizar su situación patrimonial.
“Ya me informé y ya el día de mañana estoy aquí con mi familia también para arreglar lo que les di a mis hijos como herencia para sacarles un documento en regla y que queden bien. Les repartí como herencia a mis hijos, pero no tienen un documento que los avale que son de ellos, entonces los voy a mandar con los contratos que les hice para ver si se pueden arreglar, ahorita que todavía vive uno, porque después deja uno puros problemas”, aseguró el señor Rafael.
Las Caravanas estarán instaladas en este municipio hasta el próximo domingo 24 de noviembre, en un horario de 9:00 a 14:00 horas. Para conocer el calendario completo, la Secretaría de Justicia y Derechos Humanos pone a disposición el sitio web caravanas.edomex.gob.mx.
